Root Ginger

Root Ginger originally formed in 1997 from members of Wight Satin. The quartet has seen several changes in the line-up through the years with the current foursome coming together in 2002.

Root Ginger are (from L to R) Julie (Baritone), Barbera (Bass), Shirley (Lead) and Annette (Tenor).

We have competed in LABBS Conventions and in various Music Festivals both on the Island and the Mainland and we all enjoy the buzz we get from singing for an audience.

Our repertoire of songs is always being added to and soon we hope to have a range of material to suit every occasion.

We are available to sing for your function and are always willing to perform at charitable events.
